เงื่อนไข:

✅ ส่งคืนหนังสือและชำระค่าปรับ ภายในวันที่ 14 – 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 เท่านั้น
✅ สุ่มจับซองอั่งเปา ลุ้นรับสิทธิ์ลดหย่อนค่าปรับ 50% หรือ 80% (หลังหักส่วนลด เก็บค่าปรับสูงสุดไม่เกิน 500 บาท)

✅ After the discount is applied, the maximum fine is capped at 500 THB.
✅ For books returned by mail, library staff will draw an Ang Pao (red envelope) on your behalf.
