🛡️📲 “สแกนเข้า…ต้องสแกนออก”
สำนักหอสมุดกลาง มศว เตรียมเปิดใช้งานระบบ Anti-Passback ที่ประตูทางเข้า-ออก เพื่อยกระดับความปลอดภัยสำหรับทุกคน
📅 ตั้งแต่วันที่ 16 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 เป็นต้นไป
🤔 Anti-Passback คืออะไร?
Anti-Passback คือ ระบบความปลอดภัยในการเข้า-ออกห้องสมุด ที่เมื่อ “สแกนเข้า” แล้วต้อง “สแกนออก” ที่ประตูกั้นควบคู่กัน โดยหากสแกนเข้าแล้วยังไม่สแกนออก จะไม่สามารถสแกนเข้าซ้ำได้ (เพราะระบบนึกว่าน้อง ๆ ยังนั่งอ่านหนังสืออยู่ข้างในนั่นเอง!)
✨ ทำไมต้องมีระบบนี้?
✅ ยกระดับความปลอดภัย 🛡️ ระบบนี้ช่วยป้องกันการนำ QR-Code มาวนซ้ำ เพื่อทำให้มั่นใจได้ว่าคนที่นั่งอยู่ข้าง ๆ เราคือบุคคลที่มีตัวตนจริง ๆ (เพราะลงทะเบียนเข้ามาอย่างถูกต้อง)
✅ อุ่นใจเมื่อเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน 🚨 หากเกิดเหตุไม่คาดฝันหรือเหตุฉุกเฉิน ระบบนี้จะช่วยให้เช็คได้ทันทีว่า “มีใครติดอยู่ในอาคารกี่คน” ทำให้การช่วยเหลือเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็วและแม่นยำ
✅ ได้ข้อมูลที่แม่นยำเพื่อนำไปพัฒนา 📊 ห้องสมุดจะได้รู้ว่าช่วงไหนคนเยอะ ช่วงไหนคนน้อย เพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงการให้บริการโซนต่าง ๆ ให้โดนใจน้อง ๆ มากที่สุด
📝 สิ่งที่ผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องรู้ เมื่อเปิดระบบ Anti-Passback เพื่อให้การใช้งานเข้า-ออกห้องสมุดเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
1️⃣ สร้าง QR Code ใหม่ทุกครั้งที่สแกนเข้า-ออก
2️⃣ เข้า-ออกได้ง่าย ด้วยการสแกนใบหน้า (Face Scan)
3️⃣ หากพบปัญหาในการสแกนเข้า-ออก ติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำจุดทางเข้า-ออก หรือติดต่อเคาน์เตอร์ประชาสัมพันธ์ ชั้น 1

🛡️📲 “Scan In… Must Scan Out!”
Central Library SWU is implementing the Anti-Passback system at all entry and exit gates to enhance safety and security for everyone.
📅 Effective from: February 16, 2026, onwards.
🤔 What is Anti-Passback?
It’s a security system that requires a “Scan In” to be paired with a “Scan Out.” If you scan in but forget to scan out, the system will prevent you from scanning in again (because it thinks you’re still inside the building!).
✨ Why are we using this system?
✅ Enhanced Security 🛡️ It prevents QR Code sharing or recycling, ensuring that everyone inside the library is a verified user.
✅ Emergency Readiness 🚨 In case of an emergency, the system provides an accurate real-time headcount of everyone inside the building, allowing for faster and more precise rescue operations.
✅ Better Data for Better Service 📊 Accurate usage data helps us understand peak hours and popular zones, allowing us to improve our services to better suit your needs.
📝 What You Need to Know for a Smooth Experience:
1️⃣ Generate a new QR Code every time you scan in or out.
2️⃣ Use Face Scan for the quickest and easiest access.
3️⃣ Need help? If you encounter any issues, please contact the staff at the entry gates or visit the Information Desk on the 1st Floor.
